What do you mean by infinite designs?

Limitless (oh, yes we love that movie). Unlimited. As many as you want (as long as it’s just one brand).

We know in the world of social media, you have to post continuous content on your timelines. Whether it be Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter, we will create socially designed images you need to keep your audience wanting more.

What can you do for me?

Almost everything you need in social media, as long as they are images (sorry we don’t write articles or do videos…yet). Here is a list:

Can you do other graphic design work like a logo or a flyer?

Sorry, no. We only focus on social media content. Here is a list of things we can’t do, only because we want to focus on social media content.

  • Logo
  • Flyer
  • Brochure
  • Poster
  • Email header
  • Business card
  • Website graphics (like icons, favicons, etc.)
  • and more that isn’t related to social media
Do you provide stock photos and/or illustrations to be used in my design?

We can but we prefer your original photos or illustrations. Social media is all about connecting with your target audience. There are too many “similar photos” out there and it will only hurt your brand.

P.S. Please don’t give us images that have been “googled” on the web. 

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

If you’re on a monthly plan, you will not be automatically renewed. In this case, you can just wait for it to expire.

If you’re on a yearly plan, you can cancel within the year but take note that if you’ve used the service but not claimed all of the 12 images, we will charge you per image. We suggest to either change your plan to the monthly plan or use up the 12 images before cancelling. These options could be cheaper depending on how many images you’ve asked us to design.

Are the project managers available 24/7?

We envision to be 24/7 soon! Since we just launched, we are only available 12/7.

What if I just need one image or less than 12, how much will it cost?

We can still do your design but will charge you per image. Please send a message in our chat box if you are a customer or contact us on our Facebook page for the price.

Are your prices for agencies as well?

Apologies but our prices are targeted for individuals and small businesses only. If you are an agency that is interested for us to do work for your clients, feel free to contact us and we can provide you a quote for your needs.

How do I contact you for more questions?

I’m ready! What do I need to do to get my design created?

Awesome! The steps are really easy.

  1. Pick a plan.
  2. Log in to access your account.
  3. Start immediately by chatting with one of our project managers.
  4. You’ll get links to your first drafts where you’ll review the designs and give your feedback.
  5. The designers will get back to work and your project manager will let you know when your revised design is ready.
  6. If there are no more changes, you can download your files in an instant!
